Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the performance-based nature of our products, all sales are final once a paddle has been used.


Returns

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in new condition
  • Returned in original packaging with all included accessories

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Used products are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds apply to the product price only and do not include original shipping costs.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Warranty

All KOVA paddles include a 6-month Limited Warranty covering verified manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, modification, or normal wear and tear. Approved warranty claims will result in a replacement paddle at KOVA’s discretion.

Proof of purchase and photo verification are required for all warranty claims.


Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to product availability. Approved exchanges will be processed through store credit.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation and your order number. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


Policy Changes

KOVA reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
