Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been shipped and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times vary by location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees before being re-shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
KOVA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
